How We Apply Ceramic Coating

Step 1: Thorough Wash and Decontamination

Before any coating touches your paint, we perform a complete exterior detail including a foam wash, clay bar decontamination, and iron fallout removal. The coating bonds at a molecular level - if the surface is not perfectly clean, contamination gets sealed underneath and the coating’s performance is compromised.

Step 2: Paint Correction

Every ceramic coating application includes at least a single-stage paint correction to remove swirl marks, light scratches, and water spots. There is no point in locking defects under a coating that will last for years. For vehicles with heavier damage, we recommend a full multi-stage correction before coating.

Step 3: Coating Application

Working panel by panel in a controlled environment, we apply the ceramic coating in thin, even layers. Each layer is allowed to flash and level before being wiped to a mirror finish. Multi-layer coatings receive additional passes with calculated cure time between each.

Step 4: Infrared Curing
