Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Gemstar Eagle Auto Detailing website (eagleautodetailing.net) and our auto detailing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our website and services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Services

Gemstar Eagle Auto Detailing provides professional mobile auto detailing services in Eagle, Idaho, and the greater Treasure Valley area. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Mobile car detailing (exterior and interior)
  • Ceramic coating application
  • Paint correction and polishing
  • Window tinting
  • Paint protection film (PPF) installation
  • Odor removal and interior restoration
  • Headlight restoration
  • Starlight headliner installation
  • RV and boat detailing
  • Fleet detailing
  • Maintenance plans

All services are provided at the client's location within our service area. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without notice.

Booking and Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system, by phone at (208) 953-9102, or through our website contact form. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

  • Confirmation: All appointments are subject to confirmation by our team. An appointment request is not guaranteed until confirmed.
  • Access: You agree to provide adequate access to your vehicle at the scheduled time and location, including sufficient space for our mobile detailing setup.
  • Water and Power: While our mobile unit is self-contained, access to a water source and electrical outlet may be requested for certain services. We will communicate any requirements before your appointment.
  • Vehicle Condition: Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before your appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:

  • Cancellations or reschedules made with 24 hours or more notice are free of charge.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows without prior notice may be charged the full service fee.

Weather-related cancellations for outdoor mobile services will be handled on a case-by-case basis and rescheduled at no additional charge.

Pricing and Payment

Service prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Actual pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and specific requirements. We will provide a confirmed quote before beginning any work.

  • Mobile fee: A mobile fee may apply depending on your location within our service area. Mobile fees vary by city and are disclosed at the time of booking.
  • Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payment methods.
  • Additional charges: If your vehicle requires additional work beyond the originally quoted service (e.g., excessive pet hair, heavy staining, or damage requiring extra attention), we will notify you and obtain your approval before proceeding with any additional charges.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with any service we provide:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of service completion.
  • We will schedule a return visit to address your concerns at no additional charge.
  • If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

Our satisfaction guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues that arise after service completion due to external factors (weather, new damage, etc.).

Liability and Disclaimers

Gemstar Eagle Auto Detailing takes every precaution to protect your vehicle during service. However:

  • Pre-existing damage: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to rock chips, scratches, dents, rust, peeling clear coat, or mechanical issues. We may photograph your vehicle before service to document its pre-existing condition.
  • Paint condition: Paint correction and polishing are performed to improve the appearance of your vehicle's paint. Results depend on the current condition of the paint and cannot be guaranteed to achieve perfection on heavily damaged or deteriorated surfaces.
  • Ceramic coating: The longevity and performance of ceramic coatings depend on proper maintenance and care. Failure to follow recommended maintenance procedures may void any coating warranty.
  • Window tinting: Minor imperfections during the curing period (up to 30 days) are normal and typically resolve on their own. Do not roll windows down for the first 3-5 days after installation.
  • Maximum liability: Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Gemstar Eagle Auto Detailing website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Gemstar Eagle Auto Detailing and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.

User Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false or misleading information through any form
  • Attempt to interfere with the website's functionality or security
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to collect data from the website without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gemstar Eagle Auto Detailing, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our website, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Ada County, Idaho.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
